Three Operation Centers added to Miller Environmental Group Inc. footprint, including two TSDF locations in New Jersey and Florida.
Miller Environmental Group Inc. (“MEG”), a leading provider of environmental and emergency response services in the Eastern United States, is pleased to announce it has acquired Monarch Environmental Services, Inc. (“Monarch”). The transaction closed on November 30, 2020. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Headquartered in Mannington, New Jersey, Monarch, a leader in waste and disposal services, has been serving clients along the East Coast since 1989, providing environmental response, remediation, transportation and recycling services at its two Treatment Storage and Disposal Facilities (TSDF) located in Woodstown, New Jersey and Tampa, Florida.
The combined company will have a footprint of 28 locations across the Northeast, Mid-Atlantic, and Southeast regions in addition to the ability to respond to emergencies on a national basis through its managed network of third-party emergency response vendors.
MEG President and CEO, Jerry Coogan, said, “In keeping with our commitment to serving our clients with safety and efficiency, we are thrilled to add this vertical integration to our company, allowing MEG to solve clients’ problems with a one-stop solution.” Mr. Coogan added, “This acquisition adds a total of 3 locations to our footprint with the addition of an Operations Center in Mannington, New Jersey and two Treatment, Storage and Disposal Facilities (TSDFs) and Operation Centers in Woodstown, New Jersey and Tampa, Florida.
